The Challenge
TechCorp was struggling with a legacy monolithic application that couldn't scale beyond 10K concurrent users. The system had frequent downtime, poor performance, and a dated UI that was driving users to competitors.
Our Solution
We re-architected the entire platform using a microservices approach with Next.js frontend, Node.js backend, and PostgreSQL with read replicas. Implemented multi-tenant data isolation, real-time WebSocket communication, and a modern React-based dashboard with role-based access control.
