1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by QuantAeonix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Service.

2. Service Delivery

QuantAeonix provides software development, AI solutions, and digital transformation services. We commit to delivering services with professional care and skill. Delivery timelines and specific project deliverables will be governed by individual service agreements and statements of work (SOW) executed between QuantAeonix and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all original code, designs, and materials created by QuantAeonix remain the intellectual property of QuantAeonix until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of specific deliverables is transferred to the client as outlined in the project contract.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuantAeonix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
